Richard Kress
Richard Kress completed a Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering in South Africa and later converted to a BSc in Mechanical Engineering.
Richard has extensive experience in the Sugar Milling field where he started as Plant Engineer and worked his way up to Factory Manager in Swaziland for five years. He has also gained much of his Management experience by working for the Chicken Industry where he ended up as Plant Manager in South Africa and prior to joining Dalby Bio-Refinery he was employed by a Chicken Operation as Operations Manager NSW.
Richard has extensive experience in managing a complex plant, strong leadership and communication skills with a drive to implementing change together with continuous improvement.
