DBRL realizes to be an effective organization, health and safety activities must be built into the management functions of planning, controlling, organising and leading.

Health and Safety is not an extra to be added on, but an integral part of our site management strategy. Management support alone is however not sufficient and personal management commitment action and leadership are essential elements towards achieving worlds best practice.

 

We believe that our top priority is to maintain a safe and healthy working environment which everyone is entitled.

This goal can only be achieved if the entire company is committed to working together making health and safety a 24-hour responsibility 7 days a week.

We encourage the same attitude and behaviour when people are at work, home or leisure; we also advocate similar values with our contractors and suppliers.
